Terms of Service

• All prices are in USD using paypal, so an INVOICE will be sent.
The email in association with my work will be '[email protected]" and no other please be aware.•As a reminder, you are purchasing DIGITAL goods and no physical items will be shipped.•Once work has begun, payment will be required. If for any reason you decide to cancel mid-commission, you will still be charged, but prices may be lowered for your convenience, depending on how far the piece had been completed.• * USAGE. The commissioned art is for your personal uses only (ex. for art collection photo galleries, printing for yourself (no profits) wallpaper, decorating your web spaces, etc.) Please dm me if you have questions at jaeplotinaiii on twitter.• I will choose commission requests however I want. I cannot accept requests where I feel like I won’t be able to provide a good result.• I am allowed to post WIPs and the final artwork itself AT ANY TIME on ANY of my social media. (Please do not forget this.) If you want the progress to be kept secret, Let me know in your form.• If you post the commissioned artwork, please do credit me / use the watermarked version.• I am allowed to refuse your request & also refuse your request when I feel like I cannot provide a satisfying result for the customer•You must credit any and all work commissioned by me. A refund can NOT take place if the commission has overstepped 40 % of the progress. That progress percentage is estimated BY ME.
A refund can NOT take place if the commission is finalized.
